Only external candidates, ideally from salesforce - we just cut 2500 people and leadership refuses to even acknowledge it - Refresh #s are low and we have been told additional stock grants for lower than VP will be <1/2 or 0 - we continue to move away from what our product can actually do now we are just building screens and selling an unrealistic dream
