Pluspunten

Decent Salary Company has good work culture in few of the teams but Cloud Infrastructure Shared is worst of all.

Minpunten

People are shouted, scolded left and right for no reason. So many complaints and 360 degree reviews have fallen deaf ears of senior management. So many people have been fired, forced to leave immediately. No due respect been given to people. Power politics is in full play here. They have been insulted, maligned and forced to shut their mouth. People are judged based on the college and company from where they are coming and not by their work. People who are not from Top companies or IITs/NITs are treated inferior. Only people coming from these companies are valued and rest are considered as rats. This company is built by hard working engineers and not by such people who is roadblock to company's success. He is running this team like his own house and even HR is afraid to raise voice against him.

ServiceNow had a differentiated platform and products. Early on the culture had a startup energy that was rare for a company this size collaborative teams, ownership, and a sense that people actually cared about outcomes. Working with large enterprise customers on complex workflows was interesting work.

Minpunten

The ServiceNow I joined was a different company. As headcount increased, so did the bureaucracy, layers, and friction that rewarded politics over execution. The layoffs of the last few years were handled poorly little transparency, inconsistent communication, and decisions that felt made far above with little thought for the people affected. The "cost optimization" messaging rang hollow against continued executive spending. For a company that sells workflow and people process tools, the irony of a chaotic RIF wasn't lost on anyone in the field or on customers. Leadership political dynamics were real. The right team, the right manager you had cover. Performance alone didn't protect you.
