The change that customers experience is so profound that they are excited and willing to share that message with everyone. Its very easy to support something that inspires so many outside of the organization.

Change is inevitable at ServiceNow. As the company begins to grow (and grow at a rapid pace), there is a constant flux of individual contributors, management, and senior management. If you've been there for any length of time, there are only a handful of familiar faces from when you first stepped through the door. As much as the company is embracing the change, they do not embrace the idea of investing and growing individuals. Those individuals who have been lucky enough to see promotion and engagement are mostly graded on your ability to socialize and less about your ability to perform the job.
