Increase your sales skills as T-Mobile have a system of teaching you how to sell their products and how to sell it well. Playing with their phone in the store is also fun. Co-workers are cool. But district managers maybe a bit of jerks into coming to meet sales quotes. Health benefits for part time workers also. 401K plan vacation benefits Free stuff in meetings like pens, free phone raffles and food.

Retail hours... Dealing with people... Scheduling T-Mobile can be a great place to work at. But if you have other priorities in life and you don't put them as the number one priority in your life.... your life will can be a nightmare at T-Mobile. They want you to place them above anyone and anything else in your life. Their mode is always money money money. Management doesn't care about anything else which is understandable. T-Mobile is good for people who can work full time, dedicated in sales and commitment. Managers do not tolerate anything or you will be replaced.
