Great pay and benefits. For a retail job I would have to say it is above par. You are treated good by upper management, and your input seems to matter. You will have a good work life balance and respect in your career with T-Mobile,

Hard to move up in retail,and non realistic goals. Upper management seems to change there policies all the time.
