I am pleased that the company's leadership team truly tries to live the values that are espoused instead of just talking about values about it. My management group is actively engaged in the details of the business and provides great strategic planning on a day-to-day basis to serve our customers in the highest possible way. I am proud to be a part of the T-Mobile team and enjoy the daily challenges that come my way!!

T-Mobile is one of the best companies I have worked for. The significant travel required in my position can be a challenge when managing the work/life balance, but I was aware it was a requirement when I took the job so I can't complain. The employee phone benefit is also not as good as it could be based on the taxation calculation.
