T-Mobile is a fast paced company with lots of growth opportunities. They pride themselves in service quality which is backed by their company culture and values of customer first. They also have a strong focus on internal coaching and leadership development. There are a lot of great success stories of individuals working their way up the ladder from the call centers and into corporate leadership positions.

Working for a fast paced company is a double edged sword. It brings great opportunities but also brings a level of stress that some aren't able to handle. It can feel chaotic at times but I don't contribute it solely to T-Mobile. I believe the industry dictates the need for companies to be agile in order to stay competitive.
