This is a difficult review to write, but it's something that needs to be mentioned to Transperfect… I was hired during my first interview by the Division President after the R&D Manager didn’t show. Asked to start the next day, I was parked in the cubical right outside his office. Let’s just say you learn a lot by spending 8 hours a day, 10 feet apart from someone. In the 7 quick months I worked at Transperfect I was promoted (without a review) and made significant changes to their current, back-end, and new products. To say the least, it was unfortunate, but I felt I had to leave because of the implementation of micromanagement and unrealistic expectations. -The Maynard office is a beautiful mill-style location overlooking the Assabet river. -They have some awesome and talented people who work in the Maynard office. -I was paid fair for being outside Boston.
Minpunten
- Couldn’t get basic project questions answered by top management - Feels like a ghost office with literally half the office out on permanent WFH - You don’t get to collaborate with the thousands of other Transperfect employee’s, just your team - You’re not truly part of the ‘family’ unless you're in the right religious circle
