Minpunten
Meager pay for level of experience Bonuses permanently cut across the board Cost of benefits jumped over 50% (Union gets theirs for free so that's ok, I'll subsidize them by taking food from my kids I guess) There were no pay adjustments for inflation, standard 2%/yr was kept, lots of people left Union workers got their pay though (change my 'recommend employment' answer to 'hell yes!' if it's for a driver/union job) UPS services now offered directly through ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Etsy, Shipstation, etc.) with rates lower than anything sales can offer and no UPS account needed. It's a matter of time before existing customers discover this and divert. Company expects sales to create value that somehow justifies paying up to 60% more for their shipments; completely delusional. UPS sales is no longer the gatekeeper. This has led to UPS becoming the biggest competitor when trying to land new deals and the pricing floor becoming untenable Career progression virtually zero in the current environment, even if people die, quit, or retire company's line is to simply assign those functions to someone else rather than promote/replace
