I feel like I am taken care of There are a lot of perks I am well compensated I have quite a bit of autonomy I have flexible work hours I can work at home Interesting/challenging problems to work at

Not very organized It feels like a job It seems to be turning into a standard corporate environment

Flexible schedule, easy to start, and good for earning extra income when demand is high

Pay can be inconsistent after gas, maintenance, insurance, and slower hours are considered.

I love being able to work around truly passionate people who are ready to change the world. The culture is great, free snacks and food is big plus. I had the opportunity to take ownership of projects within my first month

The hours are much longer than any other job I've worked in, but this is expected to change as we continue hiring more help
