This is a great company with a growth mindset with man opportunities for big learning and personal and team growth. Many great talented people work here and realize the mission. This isn't a 9-5 company, but a place where the top ideas really matter and great solutions are needed. Some of the positive characteristics: - top engineers - best solutions win - lots of humor - big equity potential - amazing challenges (scaling, growth)

I love being able to work around truly passionate people who are ready to change the world. The culture is great, free snacks and food is big plus. I had the opportunity to take ownership of projects within my first month

The hours are much longer than any other job I've worked in, but this is expected to change as we continue hiring more help
