- People here are crazy about their work. They voluntarily works super hard. Probably it looks like it may be hard to maintain work/life balance, but I would say Uber becomes your life. It's definitely pro to me, but some might consider this as con. - The company's growing so fast, so the office is crowded and there may be several relocations. But Uber's buying several office spaces so hopefully this will go away soon.
