Thank you for having been part of our success. Last year, our company grew 26% and we are proud of the achievements of our teams across the globe. This is the 17th year of company growth since the company was founded in 2002.
Our culture is Dutch direct, easily accessible, less formal with direct lines to the management. We encourage team members to engage in conversation and provide their opinion. With a fast-growing team (+40% more team members 2019) and more people in leadership roles throughout the company, in various roles, we find value in providing feedback, owning your field of expertise or challenging your peers in discussions through knowledge or experience. Not only do we find these value important on paper, we also contribute to this by providing an unlimited educational budget not restricted to your job skills (example: any team member can follow any education, ranging from one day courses to master studies at the university) and we provide a stage every two weeks for internal company wide discussion through the all hands meetings attended by every team member, the “ask me anything”, and the company wide team level discussion forum organized every two weeks.
