Pluspunten
Being able to work fully remote and divide your work the way you like is worth a ton. At madewithlove, they value autonomy highly and allow you to plan the work the way you like. They are picky about the customers they engage with, which means the clients you'll end up working for understand the company's own values & the way of working. Next to this, the projects are always high impact. The goal of madewithlove is to come in, make a lot of impact by getting your hands dirty, and then leave a team that can take it from there. Projects don't drag on forever.

Fully remote is not for everyone. Additionally, the project-based work was not for me. As an engineering manager, a lot of what you do is gaining trust. Doing that time & time again was tiresome. It would have been easier to walk in full consultant style, tell everyone how to do their job and leave, but that's not how I / madewithlove sees it. From that perspective, I think this works fine as an engineer or a CTO, but not so much as a people manager.
