The interview process was ok. There was first an interview with a recruiter, then another phone interview with the lead engineer on the project. The questions were mostly centered around my previous research experience. The interview experience was positive overall, the interviewers seemed interested, although I felt it take a turn when I was asked about any research experience with quad rotors specifically, of which I have very litle.

Only made it to phone interview. Interviewer was lead Flight Controls Engineer/Founding member. Questions were mostly about design/software experience/skills. Tone was low-key; interviewer was very courteous and respectful; overall positive/pleasant experience. Seems like state estimation (INS, heading & reference, etc) and rapid software development are focal points.
