Was kept waiting for 4+ hours because the HR who communicated with me did did not turn up. The mail sent to me clearly said 'F2F interview' but on reaching there i found 100 odd people. Everyone was made to appear for a test. Test was okaish. Contained questions from some extremely irrelevant topics as well. Ended up wasting an entire day/ Inconsiderate HR policies towards interview candidates.

First round is HR screening call, second round will be technical where you will be asked for questions related to your current role and some
technical questions and last will be managerial round. Overall just read the job description and prepare accordingly.

Achieved friendliness to ensure customer satisfaction. Use of numerous skills to train and lead others. Good work ethic.
