Very Robust process of hiring.They primarily focus on result of two rounds of test.
1. General aptitude Test (1 hours)
2. Main Skill test (1 Hours 30 minutes)
Clearing through 1st round then 2nd round is must. once your are through next round will be DM round and then HR discussion. results of first two rounds will matter till your final round of discussion so be aware.

First two rounds are game of patience. There will be a round of a testing general programming skills. Be patience. don't just guess the answer note down probable answer and move to next question without wasting the time. After going through 5-6 question you will come to know this a set of questions related to each other. So you will drive through all correct answers.
