Got an email three months after application, the guy started from my first job which was 6 years ago and I could remember too much. Also he "never heard of" SilkTest before. So I guess he got a bad impression and skipped most questions about my current position which was the longest and most important one. Received an email on the second day with some lame excuse. Anyway I don't want to work in this kind of company.

I was contacted by a recruiter and then 2 separate technical phone screens related to algorithms and Selenium. Then invited online interview which was totally biased from the beginning of the interview because of nationality/etnicity discrimination. Engineering here is run by these kinds of people.
