first I got an phone interview to make sure the interview time,and talked a little about my projects,and then I got a video interview which took 3 hours,and include two software engineers and HR,they gave me 3 programming questions and about 10 behaviour questions,not very hard interview much time is a little bit too long.

After I send them my resume, about 3 weeks later, I received a phone call, to negotiate a time for a first time interview. And this happens 4 times~ At last I got an offer
