Be careful for your time. I went through 8 steps + a home task. They didn't call and I had to ask a few times what's going on. Then, I got rejected, with no feedback, only with an explanation that they decided to change the role expectations. I insisted on feedback after such a big investment and still all they said is that I was ok. After a few weeks I noticed that the position had changed location to Portugal. Wow.

As a few already mentioned, be minded of the effort going into this.
I went through all steps with a home taks and a presentation a the office, and on the last step i was told they selected someone else.
I understand this is a business that wants to cherry pick, but still, this took more than a month overall, and the general feeling was they didn't fully respect the candidates time and effort.
If you didn't find me suitable, that is totally ok, but you probably could have known that before the last step.
To candidates - be aware and minded
To BigID HR - I believe this could be handled better to respect candidates time and effort

I made it to the last round of interviews. The Process was quick and efficient. The company responded fast. I didn’t get the job but they offered to give me feedback after the process concluded which I found unique and helpful. Im not sure at what stage they’ll do that for candidates because they probably can’t do it for every candidate. But I appreciated it.

All questions were pretty standard across all interviews. They don’t try to throw any curveballs. They were just genuinely trying to evaluate me in a straight-forward fashion. The only unique thing was a Spanish interview because the position involved Spanish language skills.
