The interview was quite speedy, and by far the most THOUGHTFUL one I've seen in my career. The process is clearly well-designed so that candidates have a smooth experience from start to finish, regardless of outcomes. No strange whiteboarding exercises, no grilling, no excessive amounts of time, and you interview with some incredibly sharp folks, IQ and EQ-wise. The process was as follows: 1. contacted by recruiter 2. phone screen by recruiter 3. Google Hangout screen 4. take-home interview 5. on-site interview (4hrs total time) which consisted of individual group interviews (2 people max) focusing on technical skills, behavior, product, and systems design. 6. offer
