Usually skill assessments are done in 3-4 rounds Of Screening, test, two technical rounds, sales aptitude and leadership/HR. You will be offered after thorough background checks and salary negotiation can be done.

Went through 5 rounds of interviews (1 from the SE leader, 1 TA interview, 1 from SE Director, 1 from Country Manager and then a final Panel Interview), took the SE assessment exam twice, and completed a sales aptitude test - All these mentioned lasted for 2 months, Went through all that ordeal only to be stalled for 2 more weeks, then hit a hiring freeze, and completely ghosted afterwards. Recruiting hell + tough fate indeed.
