      Ik heb gesolliciteerd bij Crux Informatics

      Last interviewer I had was rude and was the reason I didn't get an offer. He was more wanting someone who could build a kubernetes ingress controller rather than code a backend component for a distributed system. Claiming someone lacks technical depth in Dockerfiles and terraform is a joke. The person barely asked me any in depth questions on these two subjects and I have used all of these front and back for years. Sad interview process to say the least. A manipulative game and Nepotistic group all from some failed startup before they were chummed up together at Goldman Sachs. Never once got asked any technical questions relating to the Pandas framework, which was a lie in their feedback on why they weren't making an offer. These companies love to lie to your face and force feed you any lie they can just to make them selves seem righteous and just. This company lives up to its name - a crux. They are a curse. Avoid them and they won't waste your time. Overall, most who interviewed me did not appear to code and there is little to no diversity in the engineering team. They appear to have no clue in which direction they want to lead the company or how they want to scale in the future. Them claiming that I need to brush up on my Pandas, is funny because using other python frameworks that were brought up in a previous interviewer, one of my interviewers had never heard of or used a framework I extrapolated in my interview. Where were the Panda's technical questions? Just keep lying Crux. Not a good place to work by a long shot. Zero diversity. All managers are from the same 3 last companies. That's a blatant red flag. Interview process was awkward and disjointed and I will make sure to let everyone I come to know, to avoid every interviewing with Crux and their chummy good old boy culture that no one wants. Avoid at all costs.
