The interviewer was very unprofessional and he came to the interview around 15-mins late, I had to join the call three times. And when my interview started, he directly said just give me your introduction and during the discussion also he was not at all paying attention properly, he was distracted by many other things (For example - Waving to his colleagues, Busy in his work, etc). I felt the way the interviewer took the interview in such a manner, it's like he was so hurrying to finish the interview process and wanted to continue his regular work - (Very Unprofessional). Most importantly the interview was for 30-mins for initial discussion but end up in just 10 mins. Note - The Interviewer should be aware during the interview process you're not only representing yourself but the company as well and the candidates are coming from different backgrounds & skill sets. And interviews are always very important, It's not just a regular discussion It should be conducted professionally.
