The interview process was worked well with a meeting with 3 heads of business and a colleague was pre sales. Sadly, most of the information was incorrect or made up. So you feel you have been lied too from the start. Which isnt a great way to start a company.

The recruiter reached out through Linkedin and asked if I would be interested in interviewing their Sales Manager role. I had the initial screening round and we agreed to move onto the next interview where I met the General Manager of EMEA. The second interview seemed to have gone good, the GM outlined the next steps and whom I would interview next. Then I did not hear from them again. Very unprofessional to invite someone for interviews and not have the decency to follow up.

Initial email by recruiter with 7-10 questions to be answered via email. Followed by 30 minute call. Then another call with hiring manager - both calls were positive and all questions answered.

Management experience, metrics kept, etc. Sent follow up email - and no further communications from recruiter or manager - after 3 days of emailing me and calling they went dark with no thanks or explanation - totally unprofessional.
