The first interview, the recruiter was very nice and informative about the position. The second round of Interview was unprofessional. Mainly joked around with each other and didn’t ask any questions prior to the position. Made snarky comments.

It was brief and informal - I enjoyed learning about the company and the recruiter was very kind. I politely declined the offer after two rounds because the base was too low
Pretty comfortable and more of a social conversation. It might have been my specific manager, but it seemed like he was looking more for a personality fit and had the strive to get the job done.
