Applied online. A few days later I received an email asking me to answer some pre-screening questions. The following day I received an email to set up a phone interview. Two days later the phone interview was conducted. The questions were behavioral based. A week after the phone interview I received an email stating they went forward with another candidate.

It was brief and informal - I enjoyed learning about the company and the recruiter was very kind. I politely declined the offer after two rounds because the base was too low
Pretty comfortable and more of a social conversation. It might have been my specific manager, but it seemed like he was looking more for a personality fit and had the strive to get the job done.
