I sent my CV and cover letter after that I had to make video interview. I wasn't talking with an actual person. Google "Hire Vue" to understand better. I got 4 questions in total, I had 30sec to read the question and think about my answer and 3min to answer each question. I was able to answer to every question twice, so if I didn't like the way I answered the first time or I did some mistake I was able to record it again.

Three stages with three different people. They move pretty quickly which is nice. Typically all from the same department as well! They ask more thought provoking questions than job specific ones
