Expedia Group's interview process was very straightforward and pretty seamless. Albeit long, I felt that they were really diving deep to understand if I had what it takes to work in Product at their company. The process began with a recruiter meeting with me to understand what I was looking for in my next opportunity and to make sure that I was aligned with the companies goals and values. The interview loop was explained to me as well so I had no surprises about what I would be focusing on each round. Everyone I spoke with was kind, forthcoming, and generous during the interviews and it made me feel at ease so that I could focus on performing well. After the last panel of interviews I met with my direct manager and the hiring manager to talk more about the team I'd be working on if offered the role. My recruiter called me that week to offer me the position.
