bad office and location , with very few employee, i could hardly see 10 staff that day .lack of business ethics. very unprofessional . there was 1 round 1-> written 1.1->2 passage with 5 question each 1.2->3 output based question 1.3->1 program (some set had concatenation of string some had link list too easy ) 1.4->5 aptitude question easy after this round we were told that u can apply for support not for developer (too lame ) . only part in first round that i was sure being correct was technical and code but they said you are not qualified for developer . since candidate were in office we decided to continue for support 2nd round and 5 MCQ testing question should take hardly 3 minutes to solve after submission we were told that you will be informed for further round in spite of having enough time and resources to execute all process (it seemed like there were no opening for developer they were pretend that there is ,so that could hire support).

There was 5 step process for selection. First round was written test . Second was technical interview. Third was hr interview. Fourth was again technical interviews . And final or fifth was director interview . I was selected after these process.
