The recruiter was incredibly kind and told me I was moving to the next round after our initial call. She even sent forms for the next steps. But after that, I was ghosted—no follow-up or second interview. Disappointing, especially since the role seemed like a great fit.
Advice to Management:
A quick update or closure would go a long way.
Three rounds of interviews. Had a good experience meeting the team and getting to know the role. Went through my portfolio briefly. Everyone as friendly. They were able to answer all my questions I had for them.
