Brief intro call to explain my experiences; they suggested a different role I may be interested and were supposed to contact me with that info but never did, pretty unprofessional but I guess that's what you can expect with a startup.
It was a thorough and friendly process. They asked respectfully challenging questions, indicating they took it seriously and respected my time and decision process.
I had ample chance to ask questions along the way and of each interviewer.
