      The team overall was very nice, up until the final round with the VP. He was very specific and cutthroat— asking super granular questions to understand every single angle of my thought process. I understand that a final test is important to show your skill set for the job in a more meaningful way, but I found him very self-important and rude. It felt like he was grilling me at every angle just so he would have a good enough reason not to hire me. To me, a test assignment is a method to gauge instincts and effort, not to make the candidate learn every single thing about Frontify. If you want me to have the equivalent of a 90-day training's worth of knowledge of the company, hire me. Otherwise, I'm working my current job, interviewing at other companies, and taking the time to interview and submit a test for Frontify. It is unrealistic to expect candidates to know the complete ins and outs of your company within the interview process. HR had warned me that the VP is a challenging interviewer when they let me know I was making it to the final round, which I think is telling, and was honestly understated considering how disrespected I felt coming out of that interview. It's a real shame too, because I found the rest of the team very professional, nice, and they seemed to have a lot of energy and momentum to make Frontify successful. Going from those great interviews into one as awful as the final round with the VP was so disappointing.
