The interview process was very smooth process. Initially you get a phone interview asking why you want to work for them, goal, and what you want to do. Then you have one in person interview and meet with HR and 2 otther bosses. overall positive experience
I applied online and received a phone call from the HR department about a week later. The initial interview was over the phone and consisted of basic background questions and information about the company. A second interview was scheduled to meet with the managers and that interview lasted for about 35 minutes. Very basic questions about why TechTarget and why the Delegate Recruitment position.

Laid back, pretty long. More about getting to know you and your strenghts/weaknesses. Definitely tried to test your aggression. Threw in a few trick questions. Had a few managers in the interview at once.
