Initial phone Screening. Tech Round 1: CS fundamentals, SQL and Linux. Tech Round 2: Testing based questions. Rejected after this without any mails inspite of having good reviews. HR(VN) has no feedback about the rejection. So in this company it is a planned interview of whom to select. Giving interviews is just waste of time.

There were 5 rounds. I interviewed at Informatica Business solutions, Bangalore, India. The first round was a technical test consisting of 50 MCQ's on Oops, Dbms, Algorithms, operating systems. Next round was the first technical interview; here questions were asked on Dbms, Unix, Os and they asked to share screen, open notepad and type the code for some problem statements. Then in the second technical round only coding questions were asked along with coding on notepad. If the second technical round is cleared, the rest of the rounds will be a breeze. Fourth round is the managerial round. This will be taken by your manager (if selected); common Hr questions with some easy technical questions. The final round is the HR round where typical hr questions are asked.
