The interview process was incredible from start to finish. Everyone was so knowledgeable and welcoming, that it made me only want to work for Iterable more. It is obvious that everyone who works here, truly enjoys their job. They asked questions that were relevant to the job while also trying to get to know me as a person. Overall I was very impressed and am thrilled to be joining such a great team!

Fantastic interview process from start to finish. Derek was incredible and so was everyone from the CS org. The recruitment process really embodied the company culture and values. Also, the interview process was relatively fast and a decision was made promptly after the last round as well which I really appreciated. There was a screening interview with the Lead Recruiter. Then an interview with the hiring manager. After that, there's a presentation where you can teach them anything which is a cool concept. And then another interview with a manager of another team and lastly with the VP of Customer Success. Everybody was great during the interview process which allows one to feel comfortable.
