Assignment Round – In this round, candidates are given a task or case study to evaluate their analytical, problem-solving, research, and technical skills. The assignment may include data analysis, report preparation, market research, SQL/Python tasks, or presentation-based work. It helps the company assess practical knowledge, accuracy, communication, and approach to solving real-world business problems.
Technical Round – This round focuses on evaluating the candidate’s technical knowledge and domain expertise. Questions are usually asked on subjects related to the role such as SQL, Python, data analysis, statistics, research methodologies, dashboards, business analytics, problem-solving, and project experience. Interviewers may also ask scenario-based or practical questions to test logical thinking and technical understanding.
Interview Process – This is the final discussion round where interviewers assess communication skills, confidence, cultural fit, career goals, teamwork, and overall suitability for the organization. Candidates may discuss their background, projects, strengths, challenges, work style, and interest in the company. HR-related topics such as salary expectations, joining availability, and long-term career plans may also be discussed.
