I had a very good interview process, it was 2 phone calls. One was a screening call and the other was a technical interview with the Director. He asked the basics of security and also some program management skills.

Whole process took 3 month. 6 interviews. 1 phone interview 1 VC interview 4 onsite interview Great experience, I could visit Dublin without paying anything thanks to Facebook :) The use the STAR Methodology for all interviews (Behavioral Interviews)
