Multiple in-person and over the phone interviews with even more follow-up calls to the interviews. They also make each candidate do several mock cold calls/emails with different team members which are critiqued then you are asked again to do the exercises over so they can test your coach-ability. Compared to other interview processes, this one is not easy by all means but the things they require of you are pretty stupid and should be dropped. From my experience it seem like management was too focused on set processes and didn't care about what an individual achieved nor seemed to encourage true sales entrepreneurship which is what they claim to promote. Overall I think management does care about who they hire, however, there comes a point in the interview process when enough is enough and they don't seem to grasp that concept.

It was so great! The Recruiter I spoke to was so easy to talk to, interested, and passionate. I learned a lot about the role and company culture, and could really gauge the whole picture of what a day in the life would be like.
