There were 3 rounds of interviews (including HR) and a small assignment.
I went above & beyond with the assignment to show them my commitment & interest.
The final interview was strange - a lot of "corporate posturing" and some power moves (getting cut off repeatedly, etc). These were red flags to me. It was unfortunate because up until that point, I was super interested in the role.
I ended up getting rejected 2 weeks later (I had to reach out for an update). I received a generic email template sent from their HR system, which was shocking to me...I've never experienced that before after making it to the final round & completing an assignment - but it validated my concerns about the company's culture.

Vraag 1
"Why are you looking to leave your current company?"
This was asked in each round, which I found peculiar.
Shouldn't a company care more about your interest in the available role?
