First part was a 1-2 hours test (codility) to take from home, before I even meet with an interviewer. I find that distasteful and disrespectful. Then I was invited to a Zoom interview (thanks covid19 I didn't have to waste time traveling) with 2 "scrum masters". I looked up their professional experience before the interview and just knew it's going to be one of those humiliating time wasting interviews. The guy has 5 years experience, mostly from Amdocs. The interviewer wasted my first 10 minutes telling me all sort of stuff about the company I don't need to know. This followed by me describing my 20 years experience in startups in 5 minutes. He then proceeded to ask me what is Spring, what is Maven, stupid trivia questions like what kind of webservices were used in my last company, describe the architecture, what version of Java did you use.... The whole interview revolved around testing if I remember all the details from "The Beginner Programmer's Guide" which he obviously remembers better. In the first 10 seconds of the interview I could see on his face that I didn't get the job, and the whole thing is a sham designed to save his face.

The first stage was an online test, 3 parts.
The first question was a coding question which has combinatoric aspects to it(great way evaluate java coding skills..) . The second question was string coding question. The 3rd part was multiple choice on Spring annotations.
The next stage was an interview with both team leaders, 1 in Petah Tikva the other in Jerusalem, the one in Jerusalem was quite arrogant.
They asked me about about the coding task. Then the one team leader asked me about a project I'd implemented and started drilling down on how certain external Rest Service libraries are implemented
The overall process was respectful, just felt that they weren't willing to give a chance to learn their system and shine with them.
