I did 6 interviews, all with VPs, GMs, and CTOs, which took place over 7 weeks. The interviews were what I would expect but the scheduling between interviews took a long time and at the end they ghosted me. I still haven’t heard back on whether or not I got the job. Very disappointing considering the way they all described the culture during the interview process.
