HR reached out to me in Feb 2025 and had first round of technical interview for 1.5 hrs. It was deep technical and conceptual round. But then HR ghosted me and not picked any calls for couple of weeks, Luckily one fine day he called and informed that I've cleared the round, but we have issue with your notice period, we need someone who can join in 1 2 weeks. Cut to June 2025 - ( At this time I was serving notice period and was in last month of it) same HR reached out to me and asked if I am still open for the position. And took my Director level round. Again ghosted me for real good, and asked we will release offer letter in last week of your notice period. So when I reached out to them in last week, they say like we have hired someone else. I didn't like this company at all. Though interview was good and I cleared both round and faced this kind of humiliation.

There were 2-3 rounds of interviews and after getting through all those , it was smooth onboarding process and it was a good experience as well. . So yeah, thats about the process
