The interview process was a huge turnoff. My initial call with a recruiter felt cold and dry, the call with an engineer was even worse. I was told “we don’t ask leetcode questions only practical engineering” but in very first interview was straight out of leetcode. They seem really unorganized and nobody had anything good to say except “everyone is really smart”. They reached out to schedule an on site but I had already accepted another offer, though if I hadn’t I would’ve still turned them down.

You start with an online assessment. Then if you pass, you go to an initial screening, followed by an OA code review. The final round is a technical and behavioral interview back to back.
