Very by the book, followed an obvious template and did not get too nitpicky on answers and replied. Also open to interviewee asking as many questions as they would like.

I applied online on a Friday and that Monday got an email for a phone interview set up. Spoke with a recruiter and then 2 days later spoke with another person in the marketing department. The recruiter called me back that day to schedule an in-person interview for that following Monday. The interview with 4 different people. It went more than well, everyone seemed to be very positive and friendly, very relaxed interview. As well the work environment from what I got out of it was very good, but they all seemed incredibly busy and stressed that I would have to be able to multitask and handle working on my own sometimes. The only negative in the process is they told me I would have to speak to the VP who was out of town. They scheduled a time but they never called me (understandable, as I could see how busy everyone seemed and the VP would be calling from Europe, but still kind of a put off). I emailed the recruiter and was informed that I would be interviewed upon the VPs return and would get an update the following week. Almost 3 weeks later with no response I emailed and they told me that it was a tough decision between me and another, but in the end it went to someone they felt more qualified for the position. No hard feelings towards them at all. As I've said everyone there seemed so nice and communication was stellar until that very end part.
