The interview process lasted about two weeks, with quick follow up from Talon.One after each interview or task. The talent acquisition manager explained all the steps of the process to me from the start, which immediately put me at ease. Everyone throughout the process was open and professional, and gave me plenty of room to ask about the company culture and my potential day-to-day work so I could also determine if Talon.One was a good fit for me.

I applied for this job in November 2024 and got a quick answer from a recruiter, who scheduled an interview with a Hiring Manager. We had a great chat, and they asked me about my experience and how I see the technical writing process. They are more interested in design thinking than in my knowledge, and that was great. Overall, I was pleased to talk to them, no pressure, just getting the first impression. I was given a home assignment, delivered it and waited for almost two weeks for them to evaluate it. The feedback didn't seem logical at all, like it wasn't for my assignment.
