Case study assignment to test your data analytical skills 7). Video interview with Director of Customer Success There are thousand other CSM jobs out there that pay better than Taskrabbit (they pay $70k) AND don’t have nearly as many interviews. It’s a waste of time and shows lack of respect for their employees. If somehow you still want to move forward with their hiring process, just make sure to be a data guru. The senior managers are hungry for people who have strong data analytical skills which makes zero sense considering the other TSMs on the team mentioned they had zero experience with data prior to being hired. The panel interview with the TSMs is what threw me off. They lacked energy and motivation. They seemed burned out and talked about how there are several parts in their jobs that they have no control over yet still counts as part of their KPIs. Overall, the work culture was a red flag to me. I ended up accepting an offer with a different company, and I honestly feel as though I dodged a bullet.
