Very easy process, but I was suppose to meet the manager and ended up talking to HR! Did a face to face interview! The waiting time to hear back from them was about 1-2 weeks after interview!

Pre-recorded interview basically a skype interview where they ask behavioural questions and you will have time to record your answer. Dress professionally and sit in a well lit room. Nothing really difficult. After this pre-recorded interview there will be another round of interview

Video interview is first, if they are interested they will call you for a face to face interview. After about 2 weeks they'll let you know if you got the position, if you are chosen and accepted that day, you will be given 2-3 days to complete a urine drug test at your nearest labcorp (If you fail, no luck getting the position). You will have to undergo a background check as well.
