The people I spoke to were nice and responded quickly, but a design assignment is given at a very early stage in the recruitment process (after the first interview), which means that many candidates will work hard for nothing. I put days of work and much effort into this (quite confusing) assignment, which was followed by a very demanding 'hiring manager' interview, after which I only received a few generic rejection words. One would think that after such a demanding process one would deserve at least some words of feedback, not just "sometimes it's the smallest details that make the difference". After replying, thanking the interviewers and asking for feedback, I never received a response. I ended up with a negative impression.
