Although Xanda have an incredibly diverse team, (see https://www.xanda.net/about-us) we currently have no employees under the age of 22. We do not ask questions of age during interviews although commercial experience will be discussed and is required for most positions as is clearly advertised in our job specs. We certainly do not exploit people - the suggestion is sadly a malicious comment from an unsuccessful candidate – please disregard. The CEO does not micro-manage nor is he a developer. 🙄
In reality, round 1 interviews at Xanda are informal, casual conversations where we simply assess candidates to see if they will fit in. We are looking for people with the right skills, experience and attitude. We like kind, generous, hard-working professionals with creativity, talent and passion for their field.
Depending on the job type, round 2 interviews will invariably include a formal technical assessment with the lead members of the appropriate team who will remain on-hand to offer support. Successful completion of this assessment will then often lead to a formal job offer where a salary will be offered within the range advertised on the job post.
